Blackberry Orange Ginger Shrub Mixer Recipes

pairs well with: Whiskey/bourbon, gin, vodka, tequila

These recipes are simply our suggestions - although there is no ‘wrong’ way to use shrubs. Simply adjust to your liking. For a more forward taste, utilize more shrub; for a more subtle experience, utilize less shrub. Our shrubs pair well with ANY liquor, and you’ll always enjoy your shrub beverage best when it’s created using your preferred spirit and other ingredients - so feel free to tweak these recipes as desired. We have also included plenty of non-alcoholic recipes for those looking for a non-boozy shrub experience!

SHRUB + SPARKLING WATER

It’s exactly as the title says - shrub topped off with sparkling water. Here’s the breakdown: Fill glass with ice. Add 1 ounce of shrub for rock-style glassware and 2 ounces for pint-sized glassware. Top off and blend with sparkling water.

Don’t have sparkling water or simply prefer no carbonation? That’s no problem at all. Follow the same recipe with uncarbonated water instead.
